Important information to know about delivery...

Free delivery on orders over $199 has the following conditions:

  1. Free delivery does not apply to express postage or remote delivery. Cost available at check out.
  2. Orders valued between $0 - $199 will incur a calculated delivery charge at check out.
  3. To qualify, your order must have a total greater than $199 after sale discounts or coupons codes are applied.
  4. This free delivery offer may be withdrawn or altered at any time.
  5. This offer only applies to orders placed online
  6. This offer only applies to online retail clients, not wholesale clients.

The timeline for delivery of an item is ultimately out of our control, we will do our best at every opportunity to ensure a smooth delivery and an expedited timeline, however due to remote delivery locations, depot congestion, weather conditions, staffing issues and many more reasons there can be delays with delivery. If you're concerned about the timeline of your delivery please select the express delivery option and also keep in mind that the express delivery option can take up to 4 days. We appreciate your understanding.

A delivery address may not be changed after order has been dispatched. Please recheck your delivery information to ensure it’s correct prior to submitting your order. If you have made a mistake, please call us urgently on 0499404903

We will not be responsible for your order being delivered to a “care of” address or nearby depot.

If you request for your delivery to be left in a safe location on your property without signature, you take responsibility for the items left in your specified location.

Our warehouse fills orders and dispatches during business hours Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays).

Deliveries to door are made during business hours Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

The safety of the delivery drivers is important to us, they have the right to refuse delivery if the property has an aggressive dog, has a 'Beware of the dog' sign or their safety is in question at any time. In this instance, you'll be required to pick up your order from the nearest depot indicated on the calling slip.

Christmas Postage Cut-off Dates 2024

To ensure your orders arrive in time for Christmas, please take note of our Christmas postage cut-off dates for each region:

  • Northern Territory (NT), Tasmania (TAS), and Western Australia (WA)13th December 2024 (Parcel Post)
  • Rest of Australia (NSW, VIC, QLD, SA)19th December 2024 (Parcel Post)
  • Express Post (All States): 19th December 2024

Important Notes:

  • Orders placed after these cut-off dates cannot be guaranteed to arrive before Christmas.
  • No orders will be dispatched from 19th December 2024 to 6th January 2025 due to our holiday break.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the courier service and holiday season demand.

We recommend placing your orders early to avoid any delays and ensure your gifts arrive on time!
