Ordering
Can I pick up from warehouse?
At this stage we do not offer a pick up option. Delivery only. If you would like to see our products in store, please check out one of our fantastic stockists.
What payment methods does Not Lost Australia accept?
We offer Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Apple Pay, Afterpay and Shop Pay.
Do you ship internationally?
Sorry we do not ship overseas, only with in Australia.
Can I change or cancel my order once I've placed it?
If you want to cancel or change your order please email us urgently admin@ccsuperstore.com.au with your order details and we will try to help. However if our warehouse has already dispatched we won't be able to stop the order.
Unfortunately we can not add to an order once it has been placed, you will need to place a second order. Check out the returns and refunds policy here.
Can I return my items?
Yes we do offer at 30 day return policy. To read how to qualify for this please check out our policy here.
Can I order by telephone?
Sorry, we only offer online ordering.
Will you give out my details to third parties?
No way, never, we're here to provide you with a high quality product, backed by excellent customer service. We not here to sell or give out your details, you're too important to us.

CanI buy your products in shops?
You sure can! Check out our stockists.
What if an item is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock our website will let you know. Please know we're working hard to get the product back in our warehouse and out to you. You can email us as sendhelp@notlostaustralia.com.au to request an estimated date that the product will be back in stock. We can also notify you when it arrives, so you can be first to jump on and purchase!
If there is an online glitch where you have ordered but we don't have your product in stock (this should not happen), we will contact you immediately, apologise and go through your options.
Delivery
Can I track my order?
You sure can. Once your order is placed we will send you the tracking details.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We try to dispatch with in the same day, otherwise the following business day your order will go out.
Standard shipping is generally 2+ business days to metro areas of major cities.
Express shipping is generally next business day delivery to metro areas of major cities.
Regional Australia will take a few extra days.
COVID! Please keep in mind that COVID has put a spanner in the works for plenty of business owners. Our warehouse is in QLD so we're full steam ahead packing orders, but there may be a delay in delivery to you. We appreciate your understanding.
