OuTask TD-1 Multifunction Camp Light

Great design, runs forever on low light, use it next to the bed when I’m reading and every other situation you need light other than a huge torch type beam of light. This is an awesome product.

Quite impressed so far. Feels solid and well built. The leg deployment feels solid on the release, and unit is quite stable with legs out on the fully extended height too.

Lights have a good range, and the low setting is good for very dark areas where you just want to add some light, but not be bright or blinding - well done!

Dual colour is great too with the amber / warm light less bug attracting.

Marked down to 4 due to a couple of criticisms:
1) It charges pretty slowly. Which given it has a decent size battery is a bit painful. Even on a very high capacity charger, its not fast.
2) For the price point, a protective travel case / pouch should be included that can hold the unit, the pegs and the charge lead.
3) Maybe change the on/off delay to 2 seconds instead of 3+ seconds as it feels veeery long when you're trying to turn it on quickly......

Fix those two points and it's a solid 5.

Built well. If anything, it's slightly heavy due to the construction materials and big battery. Magnets are strong enough to hold the light upside down too.

This is a very versatile light, great.
